Sivananda Yoga is a balanced and accessible classical practice that integrates breathwork, gentle movement, deep relaxation, and meditation. Classes are slow-moving, allowing you to explore the asanas as deeply as your body is ready to go—without strain or pressure. Each class stretches the entire body, incorporates breathing techniques, and builds balance, supporting physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
