Come, immerse yourself in a calming, relaxing, and self-healing Crystal Bowl Sound Bath session! This experience is designed to combine meditation with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to promote healing using your body’s relaxation response.

Sound Baths are a practice of deep sound vibrations of specific tones and frequencies to elicit your body’s relaxation response. In a relaxation response, the body relaxes, the blood pressure lowers, and heart rate lowers allowing the body to go into its healing mode. No experience or swim suit needed, just an open heart and mind.
