Presented by aloe + alchemy and the Catawba Valley Festival of the Arts
From the moment you arrive, the greeting of soft music and whisper-tone voices whisks you away as you notice your body start to decompress. Once settled onto your mat, we’ll begin with a short guided breath work session that prepares you to fully surrender to the beginner friendly restorative yin yoga class.
While we welcome in the budding spring season in the soft flickers of candlelight, the soothing melodies of the cello, sound bowls and slow intentional movement overrides your stressed out nervous system. As the vibrations of sound gently cascade from your head to your toes, your mind, body + soul sinks into deeper levels of relaxation.
